Charlie, I would like to thank you and your company for an excellent job painting the entire interior of my new home. The quality of your work is a refreshing change from other contractors that I have recently used. No detail was left undone no matter how small. I can’t say enough about the service I received. Beginning with the quote, every room was described in detail and each coat of primer and paint was specifically listed with a price attached. This included items for painting the closets, trim and doors and walls separately. Not only was everything specifically listed, but the prices were reasonable. Once Brad, your painter in charge of my project, showed up it was apparent that he was a professional. All outlet covers and lighting fixtures were removed so that he could paint behind, not just around them. Each day he showed up on time at 8am (this was especially important to me as I had a tight schedule to let him in and still make it to work on time). He also took care of my cat during the day while I was at work, making sure she was put away in a room while he was painting and that she had food and water in there. He took the extra time to let her out as soon as the paint was dry so that she wasn’t stuck in a room unnecessarily. Along with the normal patching and wall repair, I should mention that Brad did some extra things that were not in the original quote. He attached the backsplashes of my new marble top vanities and sealed them with matching caulk that he had to go out and buy. He reattached a piece of baseboard that was removed and not reattached by the plumbing contractor that I had in just prior. He did an extra coat in the bathrooms as the color I picked was not fully covering up the primer after 2 coats. I was not charged for any of this, it was just taken care of without question. Not a drop of paint ended up anywhere, not on the floors, not on the counters, not on the furniture. No drips on any wall, corner, baseboard, or door. Using an artist’s brush, he even painted the tiny crevice between my bathroom door jam and the closet wall (I am talking less than a quarter inch and only visible if you put your eye on the wall and shine a flashlight on it). I will be recommending you to my friends if they ever need a painter and I will be calling you again if I need any work done. Thanks again for a job well done.
