The men that came on-site were both pleasant and professional. We appreciated their attention to detail and the concern the company and the staff had to ensure that we were satisfied with the project. Their process, from the prep work necessary, to their overall knowledge of construction issues, to their walk-throughs at the end to ensure there were no remaining issues was appreciated. The presence of senior management on-site and constantly available was key and ensured a smooth, executed job.
